Kor Beauty products are designed to have an 18-month long shelf life to maintain its quality and effectiveness for that duration under proper storage conditions.
To ensure optimal results, store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It's crucial to adhere to the recommended usage guidelines and discard the product after the specified 18-month period to avoid potential deterioration or diminished effectiveness.

Order & Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number details and the courier company processing your order.
We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products may take 5 to 7 days depending on location.
We offer multiple and secure ways to pay for your order which includes

No, we only deliver Pan India for now.
There are no shipping charges.
Your order cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to convey a change in address or contact info after you've placed the order, write to us at support@korbeauty.com. We can accommodate these changes only within 12 hours of you placing an order, or before your order has been shipped (whichever is early). Once the order has been shipped these changes unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Return & Exchanges
We do not offer returns but we will replace products only in case of the below scenarios after the same has been verified by our internal teams.
- Wrong product received.
- Damaged/tampered/leaked product received.
- Items missing from the order.
Email the images of the products delivered to you along with your order details at support@korbeauty.com within 48 hours of the delivery. We will check if the complaint is legitimate and then send you a replacement for the same.
